We currently ship to the continental U.S.
International customers: please note that we require a U.S. shipping address to fulfil your orders. A mail forwarding service such as MyUS may be of use to you.
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $50.00.
For orders under $50.00, shipping & handling costs are calculated at checkout.
We generally ship items via epacket to ensure their safe and prompt arrival. We will occasionally use other delivery methods at our discretion - usually this is the case when we are shipping a particularly fragile or higher value product.
Upon customer request, we may be able to offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to help you out.
When multiple items are ordered, we do our best to ship them all together. However, sometimes this may not be possible as different products are stored in different locations. Please be aware that you may receive your order in more than one package.
Your order will be placed within 48 hours. Delivery typically takes 14 - 21 days, depending on the particular warehouse from which products are shipped. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order. Custom or personalized orders may take an additional 3-10 days to process.
DUTIES, TAXES, IMPORT FEES & MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES
Please be advised that some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer. This means that some items may be coming from outside of the United States. There may be duties, taxes and/or import fees associated with your order. The amount you are charged is at the discretion of your mail delivery service. By placing an order with us, you are accepting full responsibility to pay any duties, taxes, import fees or miscellaneous expenses your order incurs. We will not be held responsible for such fees, nor are we able to offer refunds on the basis that you incurred said fees.
If you live in a rural or remote area, delivery may take a little longer. If you place an order during a high volume shipping time such as Black Friday, there is a chance that mail delivery may be slower than usual. Delays may also be incurred due to postal strikes, poor weather conditions, customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Although the majority of orders will be received within 21 days, this may not always be the case. If you haven't received your order, please let us know. If, after 45 days your order has not been delivered, we will issue you a refund / store credit or arrange to have the item(s) re-sent.
